The LOOP Fair is the 1st Fair exclusively dedicated to videoart, and an unmissable meeting point for professionals and videoart lovers.
The Fair will take place on May 28, 29 and 30. Once again, the Hotel Catalonia Ramblas will host the Fair, and, in the privacy of its rooms, over 40 prestigious galleries will exhibit video art works by acclaimed and up-and-coming artists from around the world.
LOOP offers collectors and different professional guests from the modern art market the opportunity to meet and discus the dynamics and latest trends in video art. The International Guest Program is a programme of activities that offers a selection of the best events at the LOOP Fair and the LOOP Festival. These include visits to museums, foundations, trips around galleries and exclusive dinners and parties.
The VIP Pass gives our guests free access to the Fair, free entrance to festival activities and the chance to mix with video art artists and professionals. LOOP thus provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy Barcelona from an artistic perspective, guided by the city’s experts.

Housed in the Hotel Catalonia Ramblas, the Media Lounge is a meeting point for all the fans, artists, galleries, curators and press professionals who visit the LOOP'09 Fair, conceived as a dynamic space ideal for networking. Media Lounge Hall brings together specialist contemporary art media, magazines and libraries, together with leading international video distributors. Also it hosts a series of screenings and presentations in close collaboration with other videoart festivals, fairs and platforms.
