The exhibition deals with the complex relationship between what we see, what we know and what becomes an image. The video Cairo Times is a personal analysis of the use of images during the revolution. CROP is an experimental documentary that reflects upon the impact of images in the ongoing Egyptian Revolution. It reveals the inside of the Al Ahram’s building – Egypt´s oldest and most influential state newspaper. We witness the proceedings inside the institution while we follow the story of a photo-journalist who gives a personal reflection to the media ploys of the old regime.

Opening hours
Monday to Friday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, from 4 to 8 p.m.
